The overall goal and objective of obtaining a thorough in-custody alcohol and/or substance abuse evaluation is to replace the possibility that the defendant will be forced to remain incarcerated, complete a longer jail sentence or even prison without ever receiving the opportunity to acquire any real professional help for the hope and possibility of recovery and to also avoid future recidivism (reoffending).
If the court deems the assessment & recommendations we conduct appropriate, the defendant will be required to successfully complete the court ordered treatment in lieu of incarceration with the real opportunity and chance to heal and finally recover from drugs and or alcohol.
